Hello! I’m Maja – the creators of all those goodies you see on the front page, and of much more behind the scene.
I’m living in the Netherlands, and have been creating versatile knitted and crocheted goods since 2016. The hobby runs in the family for decades and skipped a generation, so I decided to continue dabbling into it as well. Not a single day passes by that I don’t create something, or at least research for the process. This hobby has brought me so many happy moments, and wonderful creations which I never thought would exit my hands and machines.
I have experience working with almost all important knitting yarns like cotton, acrylic, polyester, wool and its “subspecies” like alpaca, merino etc, and also with all sizes of wool – starting from very fine wool to the bulkiest wool, depending on the project and wishes of the customer. I have created many hats, gloves, scarfs, socks, head warmers, legwarmers and other clothing and accessories.
Currently I’m working with yarn which you can easily find throughout shops in the Netherlands like Wibra, Action, Zeeman, but also from the assortment of Breiwebshop and Hobbii.
